A graduate of Northern Arizona University's MA program in English and the University of Montana's MFA program, Miles Waggener's poetry and
translations have appeared in numerous journals and magazines. He is a 2003 Arizona Commission on the Arts Fellowship recipient in poetry. His first
full-length collection of poems, Phoenix Suites, won the 2002 Washington Prize. He manages the literary journal
Alligator Juniper and teaches writing and literature at Prescott College.
